Lizzie the Midwife




Lizzie is a qualified midwife with a BMid 1st Class Honours. She has worked clinically in the NHS and the private sector, in England and Wales, for the past 12 years.


Lizzie was a parent education teacher from 2018 to 2019. When lockdown happened, many prospective parents weren't able to attend parentcraft classes, so Lizzie recorded her sessions and uploaded them to YouTube and Instagram. The channel has evolved to become known as realtalk.3.0.



Lizzie has been a guest contributor on GB News, discussing Angela Crawley's Private Member's Bill on miscarriage.
